The End of Obesity

It is said that the animal protein,

so highly praised by modern nutrition and medicine,

is actually a key cause of many health problems faced by people today.

Animal protein triggers more insulin secretion than sugar, leading to diabetes.

Humans are not as efficient at processing acids as carnivores,

and our jaws, saliva, and organs have evolved to eat fruits and vegetables.

Simply put, the rule is: "Eat what comes from nature."

Try to avoid things that have eyes staring back at you while you eat.

This doesn't mean you should never consume animal protein,

but the less you eat, the healthier you'll be.

If you want to eat meat, treat it like a seasoning,

and fruits, vegetables, and whole grains should be the main part of your diet.

--From Proteinholic --

In  'Proteinholic' , Dr. Kass Davis, a once-promising 35-year-old bariatric surgeon who had endured the grueling years of medical school and surgical residency, was gaining wealth and fame in the early 2000s as bariatric surgery began to gain attention. However, he eventually decided to abandon his specialization in weight-loss surgery and instead started treating obesity through a natural, plant-based diet. He shares his personal experiences with his patients, helping them lose weight in a healthy way and walking the path of a true healer. His book 'Proteinholic' analyzes the causes of obesity and the resulting problems from multiple angles, while offering solutions and methods for addressing obesity. The author explains the rapid rise in obesity in modern society as the result of various factors, arguing that obesity is not merely a consequence of individual eating habits or lack of exercise, but a more complex issue involving social, economic, and environmental factors.
