Overcoming the Burden of the Mind
Simply having knowledge of the truth
does not necessarily bring the desired results.
In my case, the easiest way was to let go of the burden.
When a person carries burdens of anxious thoughts
or unfavorable conditions, they are violating the law.
Such thoughts and conditions stem from the subconscious mind.
When the conscious, rational mind tries to instruct the subconscious,
progress seems nearly impossible.
This is because the rational mind—our intellect—
is limited and filled with doubt and fear.
Therefore, surrendering our burdens to the superconscious
or the divine within is incredibly effective.
Doubt and fear poison both the mind and body,
causing the imagination to run wild, attracting disaster and illness.
By continuously affirming, "I release this burden to the divine
within and become free, " one’s vision clears,
a sense of relief follows, and ultimately,
positive manifestations such as health,
happiness, and abundance appear.

Charles F. Haanel was an American author and businessman, best known for his book The Master Key System. Haanel was greatly influenced by the New Thought philosophy, which emphasizes positive thinking and the Law of Attraction.
The Master Key System was originally published in 1912 as a 24-week correspondence course and later released as a book in 1916. This book serves as a comprehensive guide to personal development and success, focusing on principles such as creative visualization, concentration, and the power of thought.
